EXHIBITORS

To ensure an intimate setting, and to maximize our exhibitors' investment, ASPA is limiting the exhibit hall to only 25 booths or information kiosks. Each booth/kiosk is 8' x 10' and includes:

  • Appropriate pipe & drape
  • Booth signage
  • Two chairs
  • One skirted table
  • One waste basket

 

GHRIST MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP 

The Pete & Lou Ghrist Memorial Fund was established in 2004 by the ASPA Board of Directors in honor of Pete and Lou Ghrist who were true ambassadors of the American Salvage Pool Association. The Board bestowed this well deserved honor in memory of Pete and Lou in hopes their generosity would be carried forward well into the future. 

CRITERIA

·       Applicant must be the son or daughter of an ASPA pool member owner, manager or employee, or an employee of an ASPA member

·       Applicant must be a full-time student beginning Summer or Fall 2010 at an accredited college, university, or technical/trade school

·       Applicant must complete the application above and submit to ASPA HQ no later than April 2, 2010 (via snail mail, fax or email).

·       All submissions will be acknowledged when received to confirm receipt at ASPA HQ. 

·       Amount of Scholarship:  $2,000

CANCELLATION POLICY

All cancellation requests must be received in writing (US Mail, Email or FAX) at the ASPA Executive Office no later than March 31, 2010.  All cancellation requestswill be sent a confirmation email acknowledging request.  Written cancellation fees received on or before March 31, 2010 will receive refunds, less a $75 administrative processing fee.  There will be no registration refunds for cancellations received after Mach 31, 2010.  Golf reservations cancelled on or before March 19, 2010 will be refunded, subject to a $20 administrative fee.  Golf tournament cancellations received after March 19 will not be refunded.  Substitutions are welcomed at any time prior to the conference

 

DEADLINES & PAYMENTS

Early bird discounts for salvage pool member attendees end March 15, 2010.  Pool members should register by this date to enjoy discounted registration fees.

 Registration for all attendees closes April 7, 2010.  All outstanding monies are due by April 7, 2010 or registrations are subject to cancellation.
